I turned on my MacBook Air today and whenever I click on anything, I get a rainbow wheel. And whenever I click on apps they just bounce and won't open. And sometimes it will just rainbow wheel on login and won't let me in. Basically it's impossible to use. I'm not sure what to do. There is also this message that keeps popping up which says 'macOS needs to repair library to run applications. Enter your password to allow this.' and this pops up overtime I turn on my MacBook, and when ever I enter the password it just comes back again and is impossible to just do anything with it.
